RETURNS

Returns are free and easy for eligible orders $149 and over (not final sale). We want you to love your items. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase when it’s presented in saleable condition. Simply follow the guidelines below:

  • To ensure your item is covered by our free return policy, returns must be initiated within (14) days of delivery to you.
  • Returns initiated within the (14) day window are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. 
  • Returns initiated after (14) days will be credited based on the current selling price.
  • Returns initiated after (14) days will have a $9.95 return charge deducted from the refund.
  • Returns will not be accepted after (30) days.
  • For all returns, merchandise must be presented in saleable condition : undamaged, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Merchandise returned without the original tags, soiled, damaged, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  • The following items cannot be returned : Special Orders, Final Sale Items, Gift Cards

HOW TO RETURN
14-Day Return Procedure for U.S. Orders $149+

Please email us at hello@southhous.com, provide your order number, email address, and reason for return. Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a complimentary shipping label and instructions. Please include your original packing list or information that includes your order number in your package. Cover or remove any original mailing address labels or carrier barcodes on the package.

REFUND POLICY

Most returns will be processed within 5 business days from the date they arrive at our location. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder). Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement. 

EXCHANGES

NEED A DIFFERENT ITEM? In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Instead, you'll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we'll credit your account.

WARRANTY

All SOUTH HOUS items are selected for quality and craftsmanship. We stand behind our brands and our products. If you experience an issue, we will do our best to work with you, and the manufacturer if necessary, to make it right. To notify us of a problem, please send the following information to hello@southhous.com :

  • Your order number and confirmation email.
  • A photo of the issue you are experiencing.
  • A photo of the full item.
